Hi my name is Victoria Ramskill and welcome to my page. I work from home in Brayton near Selby, North Yorkshire baking delicious cakes for individuals, pubs and cafe’s.
I have always had a passion for food and enjoy creating savoury dishes but my heart belongs to cake!
I have three children aged 8, 11 and 14 and when the youngest at 2 months old was diagnosed with a dairy intolerance I had to adapt our whole way of eating or else spend my life making 5 different meals!
